A. According to our rental policy, car hire insurance offered by our company includes Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) with NO Excess. You are not liable to pay any portion of the repair or replacement costs.
However if you'd like to have full comprehensive insurance, the only one thing you need to buy optional HTW insurance (covering headlights and windscreen breakage, tyre punctures). Because CDW insurance is not covering HTW insurance. So if you buy HTW insurance extra for 2 GBP a day, you will have fully comprehensive rental with us.

A. You need to bring a valid credit card, your driving license and your passport.
A. No, you are not paying any deposit when making a booking. Full payment is made at picking up the vehicle.
A. No, you do not need a credit card to make your booking online with Carhireindalaman.com, however you will need a credit card to pay the rental on pick up and to provide a security bond. Full payment is made at the depot upon collection of the vehicle. If you personally do not have a credit card but can get someone to go to the depot to pick up the car that does have a credit card, they can be the main driver and you can sign as an additional driver. The credit card holder must also have a valid driving licence in English.
A. Your credit card details will be taken as security deposit. This is to ensure that the vehicle is returned to the pre-agreed place on time in same condition. We strongly believe that this method is preferable to a cash deposit or us holding your passport for the duration of the hire.

A. Please call us if you wish to extend your booking. Please note that you will need to go to the local office to sign the contract extension. Failure to do so can invalidate the insurance and result in a penalty charge for not extending the contract on time.
Q. Can I return the vehicle to a different office than the one it was collected from? How much does it cost?
A. If you want to return the vehicle to a different location than the one it was collected from this booking means ‘one way rental’ so please ask at our contact us page by filling the form how much does it cost extra to return to other location.
A. Unfortunately make, model, and colour preferences are based on availability and cannot be guaranteed. Please advise the rental location of your preference and if available we will be happy to accommodate you.
Q. Do you offer free collection or delivery to accommodation and the airports? What are your areas of use?
A. Our meeting & greeting service is available at Dalaman Airport and if you return the car to our office in Dalaman we will shuttle you to Dalaman Airport free. Also we will gladly deliver and collect your vehicle at any accommodation within Dalaman, Dalyan, Sarigerme and Gocek towns as free of charge.
A. Yes, you can pick up and drop off a vehicle outside our business hours. When you are collecting your vehicle, return time is being arranged between you and our staff.
A. You have to pay all legal responsibilities resulting from traffic violations incurred during the rental period. Sometimes these are paid on-the-spot, however, occasionally they are sent by post. In this instance, any traffic penalty incurred during the rental period but after you have left the country, will be charged to your credit card and you will be informed by e-mail.
A. In case of an accident or damage, the vehicle must not be moved from the accident site until the police or gendarme have assessed the scene. For insurance purposes accident and alcohol reports must be obtained from the nearest police or gendarme station. Then please contact to Metro Car Rental office for furthet assistance. We do not guarantee to replace the vehicle if you are liable for the accident.
A. GPS are available in our vehicles. However, 2 GBP a day usage fee must be paid to obtain the GPS.
